CCL KSA is currently carrying out the post-tensioning works on the MIG Office Tower project, a commercial development in the Al Aqeeq area of Riyadh. The CCL Slabs being installed on the project are enabling open spans of up to 22m to be created, resulting in extensive, flexible column free spaces.
At 122m in height the building will consist of ground floor plus 19 storeys, which will contain 25,163m2 of office space and a VIP floor at roof level. It will also house two garden floors to accommodate restaurants, offices and administrative areas, and three technical levels.
The structure will have three basements covering an area of approximately 13,519m2, creating a multi-storey car park, with space for 230 vehicles.
Post-tensioning work on the site is expected to finish in August 2013.
