XF Bonded System

Our XF bonded system is mainly used in slabs and transversally in bridge decks but is also used in transfer beams, containment structures and other civil applications.

The system connects bare strands which are fed through steel or plastic oval ducts. They are then individually stressed using CCL monostrand jacks before the ducts are sealed with cementitious grout.

The design of the XF system allows strands to be placed in two layers within the anchor assembly, which reduces centre-to-centre distances between the anchorages.
