The part of my job which gives me the most satisfaction is to design projects to the customers’ satisfaction so that they see the benefits of post-tensioned solutions and encourage them to use post-tensioning in new projects and will hopefully consider CCL as a preferred supplier. I enjoy working on projects with my colleagues in Norway and also in collaboration with CCL Engineering MENA. At CCL Norway we have worked hard to become Norway’s largest and preferred supplier of post-tensioning solutions. This has given me a lot of experience, helped me to build up a large network of contacts in the construction industry, and has helped me develop professionally.
