This prestigious project involves the construction of two modern residential blocks and a luxurious hotel, located in the scenic surroundings of Verdala, Malta.
CCL has been entrusted with the critical task of manufacturing, supplying, and installing Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) façade panels for the external wall cladding. These panels not only provide a durable and weather-resistant exterior but also serve as a key design feature, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the residential blocks.
The UHPC façade panels for this project are uniquely designed with double-sided architectural finishes, showcasing intricate detailing and a seamless finish on both sides. This innovative design allows the panels to serve dual purposes, meeting both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Spanning a total UHPC surface area of 6,800 m², this project is a testament to the scale and precision of CCL’s capabilities. Each panel is meticulously crafted to meet exacting specifications, with the largest panels measuring an impressive 6.77 meters by 3.68 meters. These large-format panels are not only a structural achievement but also reduce the number of joints, contributing to a sleek and uninterrupted façade appearance.
