Al-Zamil Tower, also called Etlal Residence, is a 165-metre-high residential tower in central Riyadh.

CCL designed 33,500 m² of two-way, post-tensioned (PT) slabs over 38 floors, from the second basement to roof level one, and installed its XF flat slab system.

The tower is constructed on a 3650 m² plot and has a striking and challenging semi-circular footprint. CCL’s solution coped easily with this complex geometry and facilitated the cantilevers, some of which extend up to eight metres, mid-way up the curved face of the tower.

Owned by the Al Zamil Group, the 42-storey building will include three levels of basement parking with spaces for 165 vehicles, three recreational floors housing a gym, a swimming pool, a nursery and various restaurants. Accommodation will comprise 182 units of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, villas and penthouses.

Over 8000 m² of hanging gardens will be incorporated into the building to allow residents to connect with nature.
