Set to open in 2020, LeMall Jbeil will be the first such development in the Jbeil region of Lebanon. It will boast 29,000 m2 of retail, entertainment and dining experiences.
To accommodate the anticipated five million customers a year, the mall includes two basement levels of parking which will create space for 1,100 vehicles. CCL’s specialised Surface flooring team was commissioned to install floor slab solutions in the parking areas in basements one and two, a total area of 11,250 m2.
The requirement was to cast large areas of between 1,800 m2 and 2,500 m2 and to cast in exposed areas and achieve FF 35 and FL 25 flatness. The project was completed in 45 days.
LeMall Jbeil will extend over three floors and contain 130 shops; eight movie theatres with capacity for 1,200 customers; two entertainment areas, one for children and one for teens; a Gym; a Supermarket; and a large food court.
