CCL provided a fully integrated flooring solution, from subgrade to finish, for the production and cold storage facility of Saudi Arabia Dairy and Foodstuff Company, (SADAFCO).
CHALLENGE
CCL’s objective was to design, procure the materials and install a jointless, flat, durable FM2 floor for SADAFCO, whilst meeting the two-week project deadline. The project involved various slab sizes, ranging from large storage areas of 25m x 25m to smaller, confined cold rooms of 10m x 10m, 5m x 5m and 3m x 3m. CCL was challenged by pouring the confined cold rooms due to the lack of space for equipment.
SOLUTION
With perfect coordination between CCL, the main contractor and the batch plant CCL successfully designed, procured the necessary materials to Yanbu KSA, and completed a high-end floor in just 2 weeks, meeting the projects demanding schedule.
