CCL Cyprus was established to deliver specialised engineered solutions for structures across the island, combining local expertise with the resources and international experience of the wider CCL Group.

Based in Limassol, the company provides design and technical support for major developments, including the Sky Tower, Eden Roc Residences and the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Limassol, where CCL’s post-tensioned solutions have enhanced structural efficiency, reduced material use and accelerated construction programmes.

Olympic Resort, Limassol, Cyprus

CCL was engaged to provide a post-tensioning design solution. For the tower, this involved 32,000 m2 of post-tensioned slabs. In addition to the post-tensioned elevated slabs, the CCL team also designed post-tensioned beams for the podium area around the tower’s perimeter.
