CCL KSA was established in 2007 to provide a dedicated service to the Saudi market, building on CCL’s long-standing presence in the Gulf region.

With offices in Riyadh and Jeddah, the company delivers value-engineered design, supply, installation and supervision of post-tensioned systems for buildings and civil structures, including slabs, transfer beams, bridges and reservoirs. CCL Gulf (KSA) also undertakes structural strengthening and repair works, combining local expertise with the resources of the wider CCL Group to deliver proven, internationally approved solutions across the Kingdom.

CCL provided the post-tensioning (PT) solution for the new King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) station, which will be one of the four primary stations of the new Riyadh Metro and is due for completion in 2020.

King Road Tower, Jeddah, KSA

The designers asked CCL to provide a solution that would maximise space whilst still allowing architectural freedom within the tower, creating a large open space for this landmark project. CCL optimised the design, using the benefits of post-tensioning, which allows large spans even where high loadings occur.
