CCL Post-Tensions Eden Residence

Eden Residence in the Tahlia district of Jeddah is a residential and retail development comprising 58 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments with a range of small businesses on the ground floor which serve the vertical community.

CCL provided the full structural design package for the G+3 structure including the RAFT foundation, which consisted of a 4500 m2 reinforced concrete slab. CCL also delivered the post-tensioned slabs for the building which totaled 14,400 m2.

The complex has been designed to follow a vertically-integrated lifestyle concept where residents of this exclusive downtown Jeddah address have access to premium shared amenities including a rooftop pool, gymnasium, sauna and recreational centre and essential retail services within the development.
