New PTA Chairman

Matthew Gilliver, Technical Director for CCL Europe, has been elected chairman of the Post-tensioning Association. The PTA is a members only organisation which promotes the use of post-tensioning throughout the UK construction industry whilst supporting best practice in the design, procurement and execution of post-tensioned structures.

During his three year chairmanship, Matthew will be responsible for organising meetings and preparing the annual report on the PTA’s activities. He will liaise with the heads of the sub-committees such as Marketing, Technical and Operations, and keep momentum on the internal projects that the PTA undertake as an organisation.

CCL has been a member of the PTA for ten years and fully supports the goals and objectives of the organisation. We look forward to hearing the exciting new developments from the PTA with Matthew as chairman.
